Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, your item must:

- Be returned in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
- Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
Items that have been used, assembled, damaged due to misuse, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse.
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).
- Customized or personalized products (if applicable).
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
- Securely package the item and ship it to the return address provided by our support team.
Please do not return any item without prior return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, including defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Exchanges
